You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site:

- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
- To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, spyware, or other harmful programs.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments can be made using the available payment methods at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Fraud or unauthorized transaction suspicion
Shipping & Delivery
Please read the following carefully as it forms part of the contract between you (the buyer) and Us (the seller) upon purchase of the item.
Delivery is to United Kingdom Mainland only and excludes certain areas. Please refer to our Delivery Map below.
If you are in doubt, please contact us before placing and order.
Delivery is free within our Green Zones.
Delivery outside of our Green Zones will incur an additional charge which is payable to the courier service.
If you are in an Orange Zones, you’ll be asked to pay additional charge to the courier team.
Please contact us prior and we will try our best accommodate you.
We do not cover Red Zone areas. Please check delivery map below before placing your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure all access to your property is clear and the items can fit through any doorways or openings. If the items do not fit in to your property, then it will be left at the doorstep. Please check all items for damage before accepting and signing off for delivery. Any damage reported afterwards is not covered.
Delivery is to your doorstep on ground level only. We are not insured to instruct the courier team to take the items inside for you. Should you ask them
to do so it will be at your own risk.
We do not take responsibility for damage caused to your items or your property.
Below are further details on our delivery process:
Our drivers will bring your sofa into your ground floor.
We offer £30 sofa assembly labor charges for added convenience.
A £10 per floor charge applies for delivery beyond the ground floor.
Please ensure that the area for the sofa is clear and any obstacles in the entrance are moved before delivery.
If any damage occurs during delivery, it must be reported while the team is still on-site. We do not take responsibility for damages once the
delivery has been signed for and the team has left.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send our courier team to collect items from the property they were originally delivered to. However,
return cost is the responsibility of the buyer and there will be an extra charge for collection.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage to the items must be reported within 48hours of delivery. Sofa Dealers Limited will not
accept claims for damaged items after this period.
A refund will only be issued once the items have been collected, delivered back to us and assessed at the depot.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for
the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.

If the item is returned to us in a manner it wasn’t delivered, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or none at all if we deem the item
to not be repairable or resalable.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sofa Dealers or its
content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofa Dealers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
use of the Site or any products purchased through it.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sofa Dealers and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses,
including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice.
